Participants acknowledge that running is a potentially hazardous activity and may cause injury or even death. Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness (SUSF), including each of its directors, officers, coaches, volunteers, members or other associates, are absolved from all liability however arising from injury (whether fatal or otherwise) howsoever caused arising out of activities offered by SUSF, or in any way whatsoever due to to any negligent act, breach of duty, default and/or omission on the part of SUSF.*
